Clinical Clarity on Every Sedation Option
Tailored sedation plans for dental practices across Northern Kentucky and Lexington—designed around patient health history, procedure complexity, and provider preference.

IV Sedation
IV sedation places the patient in a deeply relaxed, twilight state while they continue to breathe on their own and maintain their protective airway reflexes. Medications are titrated in real time and dosed precisely to each patient's response—so comfort is achieved without over-sedation. It is the ideal choice for extractions, implant placement, and restorative work in patients with moderate anxiety or a strong gag reflex.
Best for: moderate dental anxiety, longer restorative or surgical appointments, and patients who want little to no memory of the procedure while avoiding full general anesthesia.
- Perfect for extractions, implants & restorative work
- Patient breathes independently with reflexes intact
- Medications titrated to each patient in real time
- Smooth recovery and high patient satisfaction

General Anesthesia
General anesthesia renders the patient fully unconscious with complete control of the airway and breathing, supported by continuous hospital-grade monitoring from induction through emergence. Every physiological parameter—oxygenation, ventilation, cardiac rhythm, blood pressure, and temperature—is tracked second by second and managed by a dedicated anesthesia provider whose sole focus is the patient.
Best for: full-arch and full-mouth surgery, long-duration cases, severe dental phobia, patients with special needs, and young children who cannot safely tolerate treatment while awake.
- Built for full-arch surgery & long-duration cases
- Complete airway protection and ventilatory control
- Continuous hospital-grade vital sign monitoring
- Managed from induction through discharge
Every Plan, Individually Tailored
Each anesthesia plan is built around the patient's health history, the complexity of the procedure, and your clinical preferences—always delivered with rigorous, hospital-grade monitoring and safety protocols.
